These Terms of Service apply to ZenFudo.com and ZenFudo digital products provided by ZenFudo (“ZenFudo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or purchasing a ZenFudo product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What ZenFudo provides
ZenFudo publishes educational digital manuals and related materials focused on the ZenFudo Method and its application to leadership, personal development, physical training, nutrition, decision-making, relationships, and everyday conduct. Product descriptions and current prices are available on our Pricing page.
2. Educational information, not professional care
ZenFudo materials are general education. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, nutritional, or other individualized professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. The ZenFudo Workout is general fitness education and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health or fitness professional. If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, have not exercised in a long time, or have any concern about your ability to exercise safely, obtain appropriate professional guidance before starting. Stop an exercise if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.
3. Purchases and payment processing
Paid digital products are processed by the payment provider presented at checkout. Depending on the transaction, that provider may act as Merchant of Record and may handle payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, and related payment functions. Your purchase may also be subject to the provider terms shown at checkout. ZenFudo does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
4. Digital delivery
Unless a product page says otherwise, paid manuals are delivered digitally. After a successful payment, ZenFudo sends the purchaser a secure download link at the email address used during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for saving your purchased file after delivery. If a valid purchase is not delivered correctly, contact us so we can investigate and restore access where appropriate.
5. Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased material for your own personal or internal individual use. Unless ZenFudo gives written permission, you may not reproduce, publish, upload, share publicly, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make the material available to others. Purchasing a manual does not transfer ownership of ZenFudo intellectual property.
6. Intellectual property
The ZenFudo name, branding, written materials, original diagrams, organization, design, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Standard exercises, general fitness movements, historical ideas, and other third-party or public-domain material remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
7. Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately and purchases are generally final after delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise or a refund is approved under the circumstances described in our Refund Policy and the applicable payment-provider terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. No guaranteed outcomes
ZenFudo teaches a method and ways to practice it. Results depend on the individual, the situation, continued practice, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee particular physical, professional, financial, psychological, relationship, leadership, or other outcomes.
9. Acceptable use of the website
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the site; attempt unauthorized access; use automated systems in a way that materially burdens the site; misuse checkout, download, or account functions; or use ZenFudo content in violation of law or these Terms.
10. Availability and changes
We may update the website, manuals, product descriptions, prices, or these Terms from time to time. A later revision of a product does not automatically create an entitlement to a new edition unless we expressly offer that benefit. Material changes to these Terms apply prospectively to the extent required by law.
11. Limitation and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZenFudo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the website or educational materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
