Digital products
ZenFudo manuals are digital products delivered after purchase. Because access is provided promptly and the product can be downloaded and retained, purchases are generally final after delivery except where applicable law requires otherwise or a refund is approved on a case-by-case basis.
If something went wrong
Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, received the wrong file, cannot access a valid download, believe a transaction was unauthorized, or believe the product was materially misdescribed. We want legitimate delivery problems corrected quickly.
How refunds are processed
If a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record handled the purchase, an approved refund is processed through that provider. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to applicable law, the terms shown at checkout, and the circumstances of the request. If ZenFudo processes a purchase directly, ZenFudo handles any approved refund through the original payment method where practical.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, statutory warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived. Where applicable law provides greater rights, those rights control.
